Carmelite Flag!

A flag designed by New Ross Carmelites (us) is flying over the Monastery from this week onwards to herald the start of the bicentennial celebrations . The lower star represents us and the two upper stars represent Elijah and Mary guiding us up Mount Carmel towards Christ .

Town Flag presented to Sisters

New Ross Municipal Council honoured the Carmelite Community by making an official visit to the Monastery today .
